Creating a will has two parts:

1) Creating the document:

We need to determine your needs and desires. We then put those needs and desires into a document. Once you are happy with your will we will create the final draft which is then ready for execution

2) Executing the document:

Executing a will is where it becomes a legal document. It must be signed before two witnesses in a manner that complies with state law
